Why I Work For WindermereGiving back to the community is a top priority in our company. Through the Windermere Foundation, our Community Service Day, and other local fundraising and volunteer efforts, we not only enrich the lives of our neighbors in need, we also help build a better community for everyone. With every sale, I donate a percentage of my earnings to the Windermere Foundation; a non-profit organization that supports housing programs and services for homeless and low income families. My office directly supports the efforts of Housing Hope, a non-profit agency that provides a supportive environment combining a range of affordable housing options with services and opportunities to help families overcome or avoid homelessness. Thanks to the efforts of local residences and my Windermere colleagues, since it’s inception in 1989, the Windermere Foundation has contributed millions of dollars to local organizations dedicated to fighting homelessness, with less than one percent going to administrative costs.
