Professional Experience As a 24+ year veteran of the Real Estate industry in Skagit County, Washington, I have substantial experience and many long time contacts. I have loads of experience in all types of real estate sales but my favorite homes are the older styles with all the character. I have lots of new construction expertise having worked with many builders and various new home plats. Selling real estate allows me to meet all kinds of people and I get a great satisfaction from helping them meet their needs and expectations. I am very comfortable working with both buyers and sellers. Having lived in Mount Vernon for over 28 years, I know the area and I know the real estate market as well. Personal Experience My family life is busy with three grown children and six beautiful grandchildren. My husband and I live in Mount Vernon in a great older neighborhood with fantastic neighbors. Our home was built in 1901 and we are always updating something but we dearly love our home.
