PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Windermere Property Management offers worry-free, full service management to property owners interested in leasing their home, apartment or condominium.
When you enlist Windermere's Property Management team, we do all the legwork; from advertising to screening applicants, to collecting rents and overseeing repairs. We know the rental market, so we start by providing a market analysis. By briefing you on the current rental market conditions and providing input on how to improve the rentability of your property, we help you determine the right rental price. Then we advertise your property through Windermere Real Estate's network of offices, in local newspapers, and on our internet website.
Our responsibilities don't end when we find a tenant. To protect your investment and ensure your property will be well maintained, we obtain credit and criminal records, rental or ownership history and personal references, as well as verify employment history prior to accepting a tenant.
We handle all the paperwork including executing the lease and renewal agreements. We collect rents and then provide a detailed statement with your rent proceeds. We also schedule necessary repairs and maintenance.
Our full service management team issues monthly and year end accounting statements.
We keep you advised of repair and maintenance activities, as well as tenant changes. We also keep you informed of market changes, so you can make necessary rental adjustments at the end of your tenant's lease.
Aside from our full service property management, we offer what is called our 'Lease Only' service. This service allows you to utilize our expertise to place a tenant in your property but you then take on the monthly management.
We take time to get to know you and understand your needs, so we can better represent you in all negotiations and lease agreements.
